Hi all! It's the start of the year, start of a new school term. Time flies! Just a while ago, it was still 2009 and I was still in Bhutan enjoying the peace and tranquility of what nature has to offer. The trip to Bhutan was exceptionally enriching for all of us. The participants did a lot of reflecting and discussed about our learning at the end of each day. We learn to appreciate another culture as well as ours, at a deeper level. I'll definitely want to return to Bhutan one day.
It is just a normal Saturday night, where I was online trying to search for some information about Shui Guo Hu #1 Primary School in Wuhan when I found 'The Wise Old Owl'. I spent the last 1 1/2 hours reading the entries. I'm in the midst of preparations for my trip to Wuhan and am trying to get my teaching materials ready for the stay there with the school. There will be a lot of learning to do and I'm looking forward to it. Hmmm... I do not know what to expect but I guess it's definitely good to go there with an open mind.
